Privacy notice

Who we are

Bio Nuts Ltd, 74A High Street, Wanstead, London, E11 2RJ, is responsible for the personal information you send us through this website. Contact us at info@bionuts.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send a quote enquiry we receive: your name, company name, email address, an optional phone or WhatsApp number, your delivery postcode, the products and quantities you're interested in, an optional preferred date, any notes you add, and any logo or artwork file you upload.

Why we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use enquiry details for marketing and do not sell them.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is delivered to our inbox through an email delivery provider. If you go ahead with an order, we may share the details needed to fulfil it (for example artwork with a printer, or a delivery postcode with a carrier).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that don't lead to an order for up to 12 months, then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep records for as long as needed for the order and our legal obligations.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or analytics tracking.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@bionuts.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
